Verified

Verified is a two-sided ID card network, so there are two classes of customers: issuers and merchants. Issuers supply identity data, and merchants consume it. A typical issuer is a financial institution, and a typical merchant is a fintech. (Issuers are more valuable and difficult to acquire than merchants.) For issuers, we provide software that lets them easily issue digital ID cards to users and receive payment from merchants who use those ID cards. This amounts to a Server SDK that each issuer uses to make API calls to our cloud backend and a dashboard showing the issuer the ID cards they’ve issued and the revenue they’ve earned. For merchants, we provide software that lets them easily request data from users and verify the digital ID cards that users present. This amounts to a Server SDK that each merchant uses to make API calls to our cloud backend and a dashboar showing the merchant the identity data they’ve received and the money they’ve spent. Verified cards can be use for a variety of use cases. For example, they enable passwordless authentication within a company and 1-click signup across companies.
